Scope:
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts and agreements entered into between the client and the Epoxy World for the supply and installation of epoxy resin floors.
Definitions:
Customer: Refers to the natural or legal person who purchases the epoxy resin flooring from Epoxy World.
Supplier: Refers to the company that provides the epoxy resin flooring and installation services.
Epoxy resin flooring: Refers to flooring material made of epoxy resin, used for its durability and chemical resistance. Customer information the customer must provide accurate and complete information about the requirements and specifications of the epoxy resin flooring. This includes dimensions, location, use and any specific requests or preferences.
Quotation and Acceptance:
Epoxy World shall provide the client with a detailed quotation outlining, and any additional services. The client must review the quotation and accept in writing.
The work will not commence until the customer has given their full approval of the design.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is typically due upon completion of the epoxy resin floor installation, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Epoxy World will require a deposit of 50% of the total amount before commencing the work, with the remaining balance payable upon completion.
Changes and Cancellations:
Any changes or cancellations to the contract must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. The client will be subject to additional costs or fees of 20% of the total amount for any changes made after the initial agreement.
Warranty and Liability:
Epoxy World warrants that the epoxy resin floor will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period of 12 months. The customer’s responsibility is to the care and maintenance of the epoxy resin floor.
Maintenance and Care:
The client is responsible for following the Epoxy World’s recommendations for the proper maintenance and care of the epoxy resin floor to ensure its longevity and performance.
Intellectual Property:
Any intellectual property rights associated with the epoxy resin floor, including design, logos, and trademarks, remain the property of the Epoxy World.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of the contract and agreement confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract and agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the supplier is located.
Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By accepting the quotation and go ahead with the Epoxy resin floor Installation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these general terms and conditions.
